I was pleasantly surprised to discover such a picturesque and peaceful apartment building in Hanoi. Waking up to the view of West Lake every morning was truly priceless. My family and I lived happily here during my three years working in Vietnam. The building's services were sufficiently good and offered enough privacy for people who prefer seclusion, like my family.

I am particularly impressed with the design style of the Spring Suites 72 Xuan Dieu building. It is familiar to us Westerners and easily complements the furniture we brought with us.
The staff here are very friendly and always attentive to the residents, especially older customers like myself. The atmosphere is very pleasant; taking a walk along the lakeside every evening to enjoy my favorite dishes and a glass of fresh beer after a long day of work is simply unbeatable. My wife and I had a wonderful two years living here.

As of right now, I have been renting and staying in a serviced apartment managed by Tai Tam Company for about a year. The apartment building where I live is in an extremely convenient location in the Kim Ma area, which is home to a large Japanese expatriate community.
Regarding the building's services, all the staff do an excellent job and are very friendly. Both the interior and exterior areas of the apartment are always kept very clean and tidy. I will definitely recommend Tai Tam's serviced apartments to my friends in the future
